BARC(NW) Announces 2025 Provisional Dates for CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship
After considerable effort by the Championship Committee the BARC(NW Centre) is able to announce the Provisional dates ofr the 42nd running of the CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Car Championship. WINS FOR WOOD & ROBERTS BUT PARKER TAKES THE TITLE AT OULTON
It was Ric Wood and Ben Roberts in their Kia Optima and Locost respectively who took the two race honours at the final two rounds of the 2024 CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship, however it was the Ford Fiesta of Steven Parker who survived (just) to take the 2024 title from Lee Bull's Clio.
Steven Parker Crowned 2024 CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Car Champion
A packed entry of cars at Oulton Park last Saturday (12th October) arrived at Oulton Park to decide the Overall and Class wins for the 2024 season. After two races Steven Parker reigned supreme from Lee Bull and Paul Masters. The top three won their respective classes with Garry Wardle, Gary Warburton, Helen Allen and Jon Woolfitt taking the other classes.
Bull & Parker Battle for Overall CNC Honours at Oulton
This weekend at Oulton Park the outcome of the 2024 CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship will be decided at Oulton Park. Unless something disasterous happens to them Lee Bull in his Clio or Steven Parker in his Fiesta will go home with the title.
Steven Parker Wins Cam Forbes Trophy
The Cam Forbes Trophy was won by Steven Parker at Trac Mon, Anglesey, last weekend. This trophy is presented to the CNC Heads Driver who improves their position from qualifying to race by the greatest amount during the first two races. Steven can be seen collecting the trophy from Kevin Cryer.
Hutchinson unbeatable in CNC Heads Triple Header in Anglesey
Series newcomer Jim Hutchinson with his Ford Escort RSR came home triumphant in all three races. Other class winners were, Bod Buckby, Paul Masters and Arron Armiger in Class B, Steven Parker and Oli Thomas in Class D, and Paul Rotheroe and Helen Allen who respectively won all races in Classes E an F.
Capacity Grid for Annual CNC Heads trip to Anglesey
There is a full grid for the three rounds of the CNC Heads Championship at Ty Croes this coming weekend. With Connor Modro unable to take part because of business commitments his rivals will be out to take advantage.
Modro takes double at Cadwell Park
At the recent Cadwell Park rounds of the CNC Heads Championship, Connor Modro won both races to take a lead in the Championship from Lee Bull.

Marshall Groves wins Dave Simpson Trophy
At the recent CNC Heads meeting at Oulton Park the Dave Simpson Trophy was presented to Marshall Groves in his Class D Vauxhall Vectra Challenge car. Wayne Spiller was runner up.
Two New Winners at Latest CNC Heads encounter
There were two new winners at the recent rounds of the CNC Heads Championship. Returnee Stuart Pearson triumphed in the first race in his AB Sabre and Connor Modro took race 2 in his new for this season Westfield Aero. Having played his joker Connor left Oulton leading the Championship.
Capacity Grid For Double Header CNC Heads at Oulton Park
The is a full grid (with a reserve) entered for rounds 5 & 6 of the CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship at Oulton Park this Saturday. In addition to the two races the drivers will compete for the Dave Simpson Trophy, perhaps the most prestigious award within the Championship.
Bod Buckby takes a double win at Croft
Our recent Championship rounds took place at Croft on the 18th/19th May. Both races were won by Bod Buckby in his Caterham 7. Other class winners included Steve Parker (twice in Class D) and newcomer Lee Bull (twice in Class E). The Championship is led by the Westfield Widebody of Class B newcomer Paul Masters.
CNC Heads move to Croft this weekend
After the opening rounds at Donington in April the Championship moves to Croft for the next two rounds this weekend.
Southcott dominates with a winning double at CNC Heads openers at Donington Park
The first two rounds of this years CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship took place at Donington Park on the 20th April. Just like last season’s opener at Cadwell Park, Andrew Southcott’s MG Midget Lenham proved unbeatable and took both races with two immaculate drives. Wayne Spiller leads the Championship after Donington.
